On every decision the contract re-verifies PCR0 + the signature against this allowlist. A modified build yields a different PCR0 and is rejected before any capital moves — that's the path TamperDemo exercises live.

Sends a fabricated attestation doc to the contract. The Move function compares its PCRs to the registered allowlist and aborts if they do not match. Anyone can run this; no funds are at stake.
